I am considering updating a few of my logos on my websites. I feel they are outdated considering everything is flat these days. It seems flat, simple, unlined logos are what is trendy now. I am just not sure if that will be the case for 2023. Which logo styles do you think will work best in 2023 and beyond?Â
Logo trends seem to change every 5 to 10 years. I think we will still be in a similar trend with flat, minimalist logos coming out on top. Something that is starting to trend more now though is using a logo within a word. So in place of a letter, there is a symbol that functions as the letter. In terms of colors, gradients and muted shades are starting to trend more as well.Â
Whatever you decide, just keep it modern, simple, and easily recognizable and you should be fine.Â

Thanks. I would not have considered a gradient as I have not heard of people using that as much these days. It seems like a trend from the '90s but I suppose all trends eventually trend again. Muted shades though, I am not entirely sure what that is. Like using color that is not bright?Â
I like the idea of using letters with a symbol being in them. Similar to what Pixar did with the lamp.Â
